Current Sensing
voltage-output, current-sensing amplifier family that integrates an internal shunt resistor to enable high-accuracy current measurements at common-mode voltages that can vary from 0 V to 36 V, independent of the supply voltage. The device is a bidirectional, low- or high-side current-shunt monitor that allows an external reference to be used to measure current flowing in both directions through the internal current-sensing resistor sensor. Off-Set Kelvin Test Sockets
This is an innovative and robust contact technology for making Kelvin contact to 0.5mm pitch QFNs. The contact uses a tip that is angled to one side, matched to an orientation that's flat on the tip. Two such contacts placed in opposition will touch the pad within 0.125mm. And because the tip is offset, the probe diameter is a robust 0.39mm and the load board pad pitch remains 0.5mm.

A694
The A694 is a short circuit locator designed for fault location in metallic cables. The instrument measures the ratio of the resistances of the two sections of failed conductor using a four-wire "Kelvin" connection, thus eliminating errors associated with contact resistances of the test leads. With the A694 you can determine if the cable has more than a short and locate the first and the last fault. The instrument locates fault with an insulation resistance up to 5 Mohms in cables that have a total resistance greater than 0.1 ohm and less than 40 kohms. The distance to fault is measured as a percentage of the total length of cable and is displayed on a large LCD display.
