The Echo Speech Source Type 4720 is a small active loudspeaker box providing calibrated acoustic signals for speech intelligibility measurements using the Dirac room acoustics software. The Echo Speech Source is typically placed at a human speaker position. Impedance Box
An impedance box is necessary for measuring the impedance of a loudspeaker. Listen Inc.’s impedance box contains a 0.25Ω resistance. This value is suitable for most loudspeakers, but may be easily swapped out for a different value by the user if speakers with a particularly high or low impedance are being tested. It is available with either XLR or 1/4″ balanced connectors. Please specify type of connectors when ordering.

The EMO E450 cable tester will test for continuity, cross connection, and open circuit in cables fitted with NL8FC 8-pole and NL4FC 4-pole Speakon connectors, 3-pin XLR connectors, and 2 or 3 pole A-gauge jacks. EP retrofit kits are available to allow cables fitted with EP 4, 5, 6, or 8 pin connectors to be tested. The EP connectors fit in two pre-punched holes on the rear of the tester accessed by removing the blanking panel. The kit's flying leads plug directly into connectors mounted on the tester's PCB.
