Cell Stand
CS-3A
The CS-3A Cell Stand is adopted with CHI series Electrochemical Analyzers and other apparatus directly. The cell is enclosed in a Faraday cage to reduce electrical interference. A built-in gas control allows purging a sample. Gas line is provided to purge next sample, while analyzing the present sample separately, thus increasing productivity. Magnetic stirrer allows for controlling the mixing of the sample for experiments requiring mass transport of electrolyte or analyte to the electrode surface. Cell top positioner with detachable cell cap allows easy removal and replacement of the cell vial as well as the electrodes for rinsing, cleaning, and replacement.

Micrometer Positioning Stages
Del-Tron offers a wide range of linear positioners. These micrometer positioning stages and crossed roller positioning stages are available with travels ranging from .25” to 2.0”. All of are linear positioners are available in X, XY and XYZ configurations and can carry loads ranging from 4 lbs on our miniature ball slide series all the way up to 160 lbs on our crossed roller positioning stages. The M-310 series of translation stages are our smallest micrometer-driven positioners. The carriage is spring preloaded against the micrometer tip for elimination of backlash. M-310 series stages are available in one-, two- or three-axis configurations. The latter consists of a two-axis stage, an angle bracket and a one-axis stage. Please note that an XY unit cannot be separated into two one-axis stages. The vertical stage in the M-313 XYZ assembly supports the load through the micrometer spindle (not the preload springs) providing excellent stability.

The ES62X-CMPS compact manual probe station is a rugged wafer probing solution designed for high reliability, compact size and low investment cost. It enables manual wafer level measurements up to 300 mm wafers. The probing station can also be used for TLP, HMM, HBM, LV-Surge, RF, S-parameter and DC-measurements. Micro positioners with vacuum as well as magnetic base can be attached. The chuck has a vacuum interface for the wafer and is electrically isolated.
