PXI Thermocouple Simulators
Our PXI Millivolt Thermocouple Simulator modules provide 32, 24, 16 or 8 channels of accurate low sources. They are ideal for the simulation of thermocouples and can be used for sensor emulation in ECU testing. The channels can be operated with one of three voltage ranges covering most thermocouple types. We can also supply connection solutions allowing the easy integration of the Thermocouple Simulator into your test system.

KMD540 Series and RDR2000/2100 Panel
TA-3C
The TA-3C test fixture is a combination of the KMD540 testing requirements and the RDR-2000/2100 weather radar interface requirements. This panel allows the technician to test the KMD540 MFD as a stand alone item (with external simulators) or together with a radar sensor for a dynamic real time test. The panel includes the required switching for sensor alignment and KMD testing along with input jacks for the required data inputs. Also built into the fixture is an analog gyro simulator for checking the stabilization functions of the sensor. The full enclosure comes in standard panel width.

Grid Simulators
A grid simulator can be used to simulate the characteristics of low-voltage mains. For this purpose, all voltages and frequencies of the supply networks occurring worldwide can be simulated. Critical states such as short-term voltage dips or voltage peaks (surge/burst) can also be generated.The integrated sequencer function enables the generation of different network parameters, e.g. distorted waveforms and intermediate oscillations. Therefore, grid simulators are well suited for testing conformity to standards and especially for determining the behaviour of electrical equipment in borderline situations. PXI Millivolt Thermocouple Simulators
Series 41-760
This series of PXI Thermocouple Simulator Modules is available in a choice of 32, 24, 16 or 8 channelseach channel providing a low-voltage output across two connector pins capable of providing 20mV with 0.7V resolution, 50mV with 1.7V resolution and 100mV with 3.3V resolution, covering most thermocouple types. These thermocouple simulators use two wire outputs with a remote output reference sense to ensure the modules deliver accurate low-level voltages, even if the system has common mode voltages present. In addition, each simulation channel is also able to provide an open circuit setting to simulate faulty wiring connections to a sensor.
