Load Switches
Analog Devices load switches provide a highly integrated solution for switching voltage rails on in a controlled manner via an internal, high-side switch. This portfolio features overcurrent and overtemperature protection and supports currents up to 3 A. They provide a very low pass element RDSON to reduce power losses. The combination of the functionality and integration levels of ADI load switches make them extremely well-suited to inrush control applications for pluggable optical modules, line side pluggable interfaces protection, power plane switching, and power rail sequencing applications.
