4 Digit API Panel Mounted

This is our latest API model and it comes packaged in a one-eight DIN size extruded aluminum enclosure. This size allows for direct replacement of other panel mounted API's for a more compact panel mount option. This unit has same features as our TA-900 unit and can be modified to work with non-standard square wave references as in theS-TEC 6443.

ARINC HSI / ADI Test Fixture
TA-2000
The TA-2000 test fixture is a combination panel that incorporates all the standard capabilities of the legacy CTS-11(ADI) and CTS-12(HSI) panels and much more. This panel is married to our model TA-1001 dual synchro transmitter/API panel thus allowing for local stimulus and alignment of the instruments synchros and resolvers. The panel provides for testing of both superflag(28v) and low level meters through a matrix of switching that will allow testing of all meters simultaneously or just individually. The low level meter drive circuit also incorporates an automatic mode that will continuously oscillate the L/R and Up/Dn pointers.

Becker Transponder Test Fixture

This transponder test fixture is specific to the requirements for testing Becker Avionics Transponders and provides interface connectors for both the panel mount and remote systems. The panel also provides switches to implement Gillham code altitude as well as separate interfaces for an external parallel or serial encoder. The panel will interface with the RMU 5000 or standard control head. This fixture also comes with voltage and current meters along with an internal dimming source. This panel comes in the standard 19 inch rack width and measures 12 inches in depth.

Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator

This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. Customer Acceptance Test Panel

DGS-65 Customer Acceptance Panel for both testing and trouble- shooting. We have added an option to the panel that allows you to select an analog slaving meter or the LED monitor lights as shown in the maintenance manual Fig. 5-14. The addition of the meter provides the technician with a more visible means to monitor the slaving "trend". The 50 pin DG connector is broken out on the panel to assist in monitoring or isolating unit signals.
